Where do thoughts comes from?
Where are they located in space?
Your thoughts do not seem to be located inside your body.
When you are present in your thoughts, you are there to witness what is happening there. When you are present in your physical body, you are there to experience whatever is in its physical reach.
Who are you?
You are presence itself.
You need a space to exist in. You are always somewhere.
You can be present here and there and everywhere. You can also be at different places at the same time.
You can be totally lost in thought or you can be totally immersed in the body. Or be in both places simultaneously: partly in the body and partly in thought.
But to have a complete experience, you need to be completely in a single place at a particular time.
You are presence. Your challenge is to be aware of yourself.
How present are you right now? Are you totally here? Or have you wondered off in thought?
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
What do you feel?
How is that experience?
